An English teacher writes...

Dear student,

Though you have been good at all subjects, your level of proficiency in English is not good. You cannot be blamed for it. The medium of instruction in the school is Tamil. You have never heard your teachers, classmates or friends converse in English. Many students of the school are first ­generation learners.

Apollo Medskills Pvt Ltd had earlier asked Veta to train 265 of its paramedic students in fluent English.

After initial rounds of need-analysis, Veta launched 80-hour training simultaneously in Chennai and Secudnerabad with 125 participants in Chennai and 140 in Secuderabad.

Divided into two session of 40-hour duration, the training will focus on grammar and spoken English.
"Our teachers are well-trained and the curriculum is need-specific.

We will deliver," says N.Viswanathan, Regional Manager, Training and Development, Chennai.

International Consultants and Technocrats, Pvt Ltd

ICT or International Consultants and Technocrats, Pvt Ltd., a Delhi-based company wanted training in writing and communications skills, one beyond Veta's fluent English programmed.
